Labneh (Lebanese Yogurt)
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
- 1 Mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, mint, dill, and kosher salt together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to 12 hours.
